As masterplanners for the 80 acre site in Bucharest, DEOS Architecture were also appointed for the detailed design of the new facility, working closely with the contractor, Winvic Construction. The scheme comprises 5,000sqm of warehouse space, built to 15m clear internal height, with an ancillary 3-storey office block, in addition to two operational pod offices. Externally, the building is served by 66 x loading docks, 19 x level entry doors and 50m deep service yards, along with additional ancillary functions, including a 2,000sqm VMU, fuel island and vehicle wash.
